Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken.
  • Any item not in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Please do not send returns without an RMA number, as we may not be able to process them.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund as described above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
